Insurance
Most insurances are accepted. We will bill your insurance for you. You will be responsible for any deductible or copays required by your insurance company. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, please reach out to the office, your insurance company or human resources department.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you do not notify our office or your therapist within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay a $75.00 fee.
Payment
Cash, Credit Card, Check, CashApp, and Venmo accepted for payment at the time of service.
